Acre Nexus Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains Acre Nexus's warranty coverage and claim procedures for installation and service workmanship performed by Acre Nexus. Manufacturer warranties apply to products sold by Acre Nexus. Acre Nexus does not offer product warranties or extended warranties on products.


1. Definitions

  • Agricultural/Commercial Purchase: Products or services purchased for agricultural, commercial, operational, or field-use applications.
  • Original Purchaser: The first person or entity that bought the product or service from Acre Nexus or an authorized seller.
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt, invoice, packing slip, order confirmation, service record, or other documentation showing date and place of purchase.
  • RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by Acre Nexus or the applicable manufacturer for authorized inspection or return processing.


2. Workmanship Warranty (Installation and Service Only)

Acre Nexus warrants only its installation and service workmanship. Acre Nexus does not provide any warranty on products it sells and does not offer extended warranties on products. Any product warranty, if available, is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer. Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for product coverage terms, duration, limitations, and claim procedures. If no workmanship warranty period is stated in your invoice, service documentation, or written quote, the default workmanship

warranty period is 1 year from the date the installation or service was completed.


Our remedy: If a covered workmanship issue arises during the workmanship warranty period and you follow the claim process in Section 5, Acre Nexus will, at its option, correct the defective workmanship or provide another reasonable remedy related to the installation or service performed.


2.1 What This Workmanship Warranty Covers


  • Defects in Acre Nexus installation or service workmanship that prevent the installed system from operating as intended under normal conditions.
  • Workmanship issues reported during the stated workmanship warranty period for installation or service performed by Acre Nexus.


2.2 What This Workmanship Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Any defect, failure, or limitation of a product, pump, control, component, or accessory sold by Acre Nexus. Manufacturer warranties apply to those items, if available.
  • Normal wear and tear, consumables (filters, seals, gaskets, batteries, fuses), and cosmetic issues that do not affect function.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, improper storage, freezing, flooding, corrosion, voltage issues, improper priming, dry-running, sand or abrasive wear beyond design limits, or operation outside rated specifications.
  • Damage or issues caused by third-party work, owner modifications, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, lack of maintenance, or failure to comply with applicable codes.
  • Labor charges, diagnostic fees, travel time, removal or reinstallation costs, equipment rental, downtime, lost profits, crop loss, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by law.


3. Manufacturer Warranties Apply to Products

Manufacturer warranties apply to products sold by Acre Nexus, including pumps, controls, and specialty components, when provided by the manufacturer. Acre Nexus does not provide any product warranty and does not offer extended warranties on

products. Refer to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty for coverage terms, duration, limitations, and claim procedures.


4. Warranty Eligibility Requirements

  • You must provide Proof of Purchase or a service record.
  • For workmanship claims, the installation or service must have been performed by Acre Nexus.
  • For product-related issues, you must comply with the manufacturer’s warranty requirements, including any required registration, startup documentation, commissioning records, or maintenance records.
  • This policy applies to Acre Nexus workmanship on agricultural and commercial work. Product warranty coverage, if any, is governed solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.


5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first. Contact Acre Nexus to report a claimed defect in Acre Nexus installation or service workmanship, or to discuss a product issue.
  2. Provide documentation. Send your Proof of Purchase or service record, the service date, and product model or serial number, if applicable, plus photos or videos of the issue if possible.
  3. Workmanship claims. Acre Nexus will review claimed defects in Acre Nexus's workmanship and determine the appropriate corrective action, if any.
  4. Product claims. Product defects or failures are not covered by Acre Nexus and must be handled under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
  5. Resolution. Covered workmanship claims will be handled by Acre Nexus under Section 2. Product-related claims are governed solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.


Transportation/service access: Unless otherwise stated in writing, you are responsible for providing reasonable access to the site or equipment for inspection of claimed workmanship issues. Any product warranty, shipping, inspection, or return requirements are governed solely by the applicable manufacturer’s process. 


6. Legal Notices & Important Disclosures

Applicable law: This policy applies to Acre Nexus workmanship and is subject to applicable state and federal law. Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate any rights that cannot be lawfully disclaimed or limited.


No product warranty from Acre Nexus: Acre Nexus does not provide any warranty on products it sells and does not offer extended warranties on products. Any product warranty is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer, if any.


Limitation of damages: To the extent permitted by law, Acre Nexus is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages such as lost profits, crop loss, downtime, or property damage related to product failure or alleged service issues.


7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Minnesota unless otherwise required by applicable law.
